To make things clear...

...I must admit I was a little cranky when I wrote the previous post. It may have left the impression that I dislike Brazil, but that is surely not the case.

I’ll write about all the positive aspects of living in the biggest country in Latin America, but not today: I’m in a Chicago-mood.

I had the same impression when I read it this morning.

And, though I am sure it is not the case, don't forget the Brasil (yes, with "s") that is looking foward to your return.

I recieved your last e-mail. You said you wanted to rediscover your country. I dare say “we” are ready to impress you, that is, IF you are ready to accept “us” as an impressive nation with an incredible culture. Look closer. There’s no place like here (or like any other).

We (I feel in the right to speak in the name of all) love you. So when you get in a São-Paulo-mood, think of all the good things you remember from here, and do write. At least, I love when you do.

Your sister, Lumi
